Hi people , it's been like 10 days since I went for circumcision and I'm getting some kind of yellowish thing on my penis where stiches have loosened , I don't know if it's an infection but I'm worried cause I don't even know how to clean it

infection is usually accompanied by pain, redness, foul smell and a fever (a sign that your body is fighting an infection), some yellowish liquid however is part of healing and isn't reason for concern, so unless you are experiencing some or all of the other symptoms of an infection I wouldn't worry about it.

as for cleaning, 10 days is enough time for you to be doing salt or chamomile tea baths.

boil water, pour it into a cup, either put 3 teaspoons of salt in it (salt bath) or put chamomile tea in it, let it cool off till its just warm and dip your penis in for 3-5 minutes, helps with the healing, helps to clean and dissolve dried blood and other stuff and after that just use the cup container to rinse off the rest, do this 3 times a day and that will keep your penis clean and should help with the healing as well
