I have some Genital problems

I'm 16, and I started puberty late last year/early this year. I have 3/4 questions. First, why did it take me so long to reach puberty and why do I still have very little body hair, ie. Pubic hair and that's it. Secondly, my foreskin is very tight when erect and barely reaches behind my glans. Third, at the rim of my glans the glans turns like n little bit blueish instead of iets normal pinkish color. Fourth is why when I ejaculate my semen more resembles water with a whitish colouration that just runs out slowly instead of squirting out like normal? I would appreciate input and answers as soon as possible as it bothers me greatly
