Frenulum Balloon on day 11 post-circumcision

Hi people,

I got a loose circ done last Monday after ripping frenulum numerous times through rough sex, stitches seem to be healing pretty well with a slight yellowing but kept it very clean, shower and 10 min salt water dips however my right-bottom side of my shaft is still super ballooned, it hasn't reduced. I've been reading some horror stories which is not putting my mind at rest but is this normal?

Just want to say reading through all the posts makes it a little easier knowing I'm not the only one going through it.

Thanks in advance and I'm 24 if that makes any difference?
