Its 3rd week after my circumcision and it is still releasing blood and some pus . Is it normal? Thanks

But the last time i see my doctor is on the 5th day and said that there is no infection.
You have an infection you need to see a doctor for antibiotics. On day 5 you maybe did not but its pretty sure you have now if there is pus. See one soon next 24-48h.
