How long will swelling last after an adult circumcision?

I had a circumcision done 4 days ago (still early I know). Just wondering how long the swelling/bruising will take to subside? The top seems to be healing quite well however the underside where the frenulum was it still very swollen and bruised (looks like I've got 2 knobs haha).

Hi

Most of the swelling will go after 2 weeks however it usually takes a month or so for the frenulum and scar area to settle down fully.

Nothing to worry about, I found applying ice 3 times a day made a huge difference with the swelling.

Did you have stitches or skin glue?

Great, that's ok then, just got a shock when the bandage came off and saw the huge black bulge at the frenulum area.

A tiny bit of leakage from the incision line today and overnight erections are really painful.

I got disolvable stitches
