Yes search it up, their are ways to get rid of them if you feel uncomfortable with them but they are harmless and 1/5 guys develop them in their lifetime
It looks normal.
As others said it looks like Pearly Penile Papules (PPP) harmless and pretty common.
Nothing to worry about. They are harmless and very common 1 in 5 men have them.
