Are you keeping your penis clean? Rinse with warm water, chamomile tea, or dip in a salt bath for 3 minutes after every urination that goes on. Is the burning constant?

You really should have removed the bandage the next day or so as it loses its purpose after those first 1-2 days you have it and is rather dirty. Dried blood is most likely from the operation there, it is possible to have minor bleeding, especially during the night when you get an erection so not to be too worried about it. Get some chamomile tea to rinse your penis with every time you pee and also to get the residue blood from the wound. A little bit of yellowish liquid is part of the healing and nothing to be worried about. Only see your doc if it becomes bad smelling, you experience redness and pain, and you also have a fever, as that is a sign of the body fighting an infection. Doc will prescribe antibiotic in that event so nothing extraordinary other than having to take some pill IF THAT would happen, not saying it is happening now.

For wearing pants, get a gauze (like a square bandage) and medical vaseline. If you want to wear clothes, use briefs or boxer briefs so that it keeps your penis in place. Tighter underwear in this case is better. Take a gauze and put medical vaseline in the middle, vaseline is "fatty" and resistant so it won't get absorbed into the gauze completely, therefore creating a layer between your penis head and the gauze so it won't stick and you can remove it easily, provided you give it a good coating. That reduces friction in the pants and also helps the head to get more used to the friction without it being a direct shock.

You can take showers and dip your donger in chamomile tea or a salt bath (careful with those as they might sting and irritate if too much salt is there) but not for longer than 3 minutes. You don't want to make the stitches dissolve sooner than they should so no long baths.

Swelling can take up to WEEKS to go completely away so don't worry about it. It is also normal for two different sides of swelling to go down differently.

I did remove the first bandage after 2 days but i started wrapping it in gauze with vasiline and i ened up having bad bleeding and was rushed to emerge they told me the vasiline was the problem where it was notwater souluble it wasnt letting the wound heal so i stoped that and just wraped in gauze but where i had the bleeding the bandage keeped getting stuck on the side and when i took it off the last time a stitch came out but only one so i gave up the gauze and went naked as for the dried blood its hard to get off everytime i shower i think i loosin it up and its starts to bleed like a tear drop or two but its dark blood i think its just old blood underneath the dried blood im a bit worried its not healing but im 12 days in now i think a few stitchs came out also under neath where the ferluem is theres goo and it almost looks like it open or maybe just where its stitched its so itchy all around today my hair in the regine is irratating it a bit to i think it bleed a tiny bit last night because the hair was poking at the dried blood spot not sure if its bleeding from the wound or just opening the dried blood worst exsperience of my life i got to say its been hell right from the start calling the doc today to see if he can see me but dout he can

As stated above, your bandage has been in place for long. i did remove mine on the 3rd day. its important the wound to get fresh air. the yellowish stuff is common. in my case i used to deep mine in worm salty water (1 teaspoon of table salt in a litre of warm water) twice a day and kept the wound dry thereafter. i would immediately apply Vaseline to keep dirt out of the wound and wrap it using soft tissue (applying a layer of Vaseline on the surface of the tissue and also on the wound to avoid yellowish stuff from sticking on the cloth.) it took me 12 days to heal and stitches had already fallen off. you will have to tolerate a little bit of pain when cleaning the wound to avoid infection. in my case i dint get erections. i bled on 9 hours after the procedure which never occurred again. i squeezed it tight in for around 15 interval of 5 minutes per quiz

my doctor advised me to wear tight underpants with the penis head facing upwards to reduce pressure of blood flowing to the wound due to gravity
