Penis Lumps

Hey so um I have a question regarding my penis. This is also my first post.

For some clarification first: I have not had sexual inter course, nor have I been on any special medication.

Then problem is, I’ve noticed do two bumps on the lower end of my shaft. I believe they might be cysts, but I’m not sure. They have the same texture as my skin but when popped, it secretes blood, can’t seem to get any pus. Are these cysts? Or something else? And if so, what are they and how do I get rid of them!

It happened to me too, but that was because of hard JACKING off, but if it's not hurting or itching, it's something different
