White spot

Hi

Noticed a white spot develop a few months ago at base of penis head. Enlarged initially over first week then not visually changed over last few months. No pain to touch but left side of shaft occasionally tender and foreskin feels tighter than normal. 21+ male sexually inactive.

Any ideas?

could be a cyst similar to acne. I see you might have pearly papules around the crown of your head. Once of them might of gotten infected. This is something to talk to your doctor about.

Any further advice- white are has slightly enlarged and can’t get to a doctor currently.
