Growing lump under the glans of penis after circumcision

I just got circumcised yesterday and I saw a little lump under the head of my penis. I woked up and the lump just got bigger, it's like 1/4 the size of the glans. Is it the effect of local anaesthesia? And also, my penis is dry, is it normal?

By now it is like almost half the size of the glans, I think this is swollen, and it kinda hurt

Your penis is very dry because you removed its natural protective coverings. You can expect this to get much worse. The skin will dry and harden and you will lose most of your sensation in that area.
