Post circumcision erections

So I'm on day 5 now and have had a few rough nights due to pain, usually because of needing the bathroom/morning wood. Also sometimes with the gf I can get a bit turned on.

I havent got a problem not touching myself because I obviously don't want to cause any problems but when it comes to getting hard. I expected a bit of pain/discomfort but I'm worried it might pull the glue or stitches and it would split. Is it something to worry about and also What sort of time will it take for this not to be an issue and for the would to be healed enough that it won't be affected? Thanks in advance
