Hi guys,Yesterday I had terrible erections and small drops of blood are seen at the spot.the pain is stinging.will it heal?

Yes it should heal, try and keep a dressing over the wound for a day or two and definately do all you can to avoid those erections. If it persists, go back to Dr.
