Penis hurts

Basically, from the enlarged vein upwards to my penis ring (red area) hurts. It feel like there is a small pee underneath the red mark. Anybody had the same before and can give me any advice? Been to the doctors who were useless. Then had two urologists who didn't know what it was and one said he didn't feel a operation was the right way forward. Really hurts and it's so annoying. ( I understand I haven't got the cleanest penis in this picture)

Go to a good urology clinic. Maybe the doctor can run some tests, like an ultrasound.

It may very well be a cyst which could be excised.

Would a cyst be painful? Also why would the vein hurt if it was that? Thanks

A cyst can be painful depending on what it is pressing on.
