Foreskin troubles

I'm 16, pulling back foreskin is somewhat a new concept to me. I've been slowly trying over a couple months and have managed to get it almost all the way back past the base while erect and limp. Much harder when erect though. But when I pull it back to near the base of the head, the skin in one spot to the left and the right near the side are almost like glued to the head so i can't pull back all the way like it should be able to right? Is the skin still separating? Should this resolve itself?

Your suspicion is right. It might resolve on its own, but ypu can help along the separation process. With an erection, with one hand pull back your foreskin to its limit. Using your thumbs pull in opposite directions the glans and the skin. This may cause some pain, and you uncover some raw spots, so be cautious. Whatever you separate should be smeared with Vaseline to keep it from reattaching.

Masturbation employing your retraction of your foreskin should help too. Another obstacle to retraction is the frenulum, that web on the bottom side.
