Circumcision stitch come off and I am worried about the possibility that it was too quick, they are dissolvable and I am scared

I was told that they can start to fall out from 7 days so you should be fine.

If it is one stitch then its nothing to worry about. Stitches start dissolving anywhere from 6-14 days and usually take till 20ish + a few days to completely go out. Some might take longer. Unless you tore them out by force by masturbating and are experiencing pain you have nothing to worry about.
