As is stated in the title, I had my surgery on the 15th of March. Ive read so many posts of people saying they only have pain for 3-4 days after the surgery, while Ive had pain this whole time. Some incision areas feel tender and painful, I tried wearing jeans today but it was very painful to move. I'm worried I might have an infection or my stitches are coming off too early. Should I contact my Urologist?

Well there is pain and then there is "pain". The procedure itself is painless due to anaesthetic, and post circumcision you shouldn't have much or any pain when it comes to not touching yourself in those areas.
As for "normal" pain, yes the incision area is going to hurt if you touch it and yes the penis glans is going to hurt if it scratches against surfaces because it is overly sensitive to touch for now. The penis glans takes a while to get used to the sensation of brushing against clothing so you just have to give it time to get adjusted.
As for the incision area, yes that will be tender and will be painful to the touch for quite a while as well. Once again, you have to differentiate between pain caused by the procedure and "pain" caused by the sensitivity and an actual wound which is the incision part. Now if you are in pain when not doing anything with the penis and you are just laying on your bad without movement, you have to be specific on the frequency and severity of the pain. If its a momentary thing, usually nothing to worry about, but if it is persistent pain, that sometimes feels like tearing it could be a possible sign of infection. Now do not panic, infections are unlikely but they do happen. Usually accompanied by redness, bad smell, puss like discharge and potentially fever (sign of your body fighting off the infection).
Have you been prescribed any pain medication and do you experience any of the other symptoms? Another possible cause for pain after circumcision are erections but I am sure you would be able to tell that.
Can you see your incision section or is it hidden under the skin?
Oh ok I see, its momentary pain at time when quick movements or when in uncomfortable positions. I see the stitches popping out on one side and on the other the stitches are deep in there. I have had no fever and yes they have perscribed pain medication, currently taking ibuprofen and applying antibiotic ointment on the incision area twice a day or more.
My husband had this problem, everyone said it shouldn’t hurt after a few days so when my husband was complaining saying he’s in pain I told him to ither get a grip n stop been a wimp or get to a&e n see what’s wrong. It turned out he had a abscess and needed antibiotics for 5 days, if you have pain I recommend going to a&e to get checked to be on the safe side, I literally just thought he was trying to get out of house work for a few extra days, turned out he wasn’t!
Totally normal, need some jockey style briefs and some track pants, wrap with some Vaseline smeared gauze wrapped around it should sort you out, I’m 9weeks post now, was pretty hard but you will soon agree it’s totally worth the trouble
I had circumcision too now on the 4th week. My advice is use warm salt water atleast 4 times a day and you should clean in between stiches. Buy some cleaning cloths like Gauze. Make sure your penis must stand upwards till you healed to avoid swelling. If the stiches are painful don't double cover it but cover once with a gauze and wrap with masking thin tape to minimise friction during the day. At night keep it wraped up open. Secret is salt water everytime. I was healed in my 2nd week. Good luck
