You cannot be "re-circumcised" as the circumcision is final. Once your foreskin is removed, it is gone. There can be adjustments made however of course, just like with other plastic surgery. If you are not happy with the results there are possibilities to "adjust".
Well the surgeons always eager to cut something. Get it inspected.
