Sometimes, an enlarged prostate can cause this, but since you have no urinary issues, I am assuming the prostate is not the problem. Maybe you have retrograde ejaculations, where your ejaculate is going into the bladder and than later being urinated out in urine. I am not sure how it can be fixed, but I suggest you go see a urologist, or at the very least, your family doctor. There are many things that could be wrong such as maybe a medication affecting you. So, just check it out with a urologist, and don't be too worried in the meantime as retrograde ejaculations are not dangerous for your body.

In my opinion you must stop panick and go talk with an doctor. My comment may be irrelevant but is better to stop be that scared , humans body is complex and may do some changes sometimes , changes that may be good and normal. Don't lost your hope and go to an doctor, all the best
