Growth on foreskin help?

Hi,

I am currently backpacking around the world (from UK) so access to healthcare is difficult/expensive.

Shortly after arriving I noticed what looks like a piece of extra skin with a white/yellowish colour on my foreskin after pulling it back. It sticks out a little but it attached to the skin and not the penis as I can pull it away if that makes sense. I googled skin tags but they look different to this?

It is not STD related as I haven’t had sex since my last STI check so I am definitely all clear.

Does anyone know what it is or what I should do?
