Ejaculating problems

Has anyone else had problems with ejaculating? I’ve had a circumcision and cyst removal and had a tube up my penis to see the water works etc.

I was wondering if anyone else over come this problem

Worrying for the future when I want my own family 😌

When dido you have the tube up? Could just take time for things to settle back down.

Friday , I couldn’t ejacualte before the operation was wondering if anyone had this problem as is able to now
