Circumcision and Fixing of Corporeal Disproportion

My penis used to be curved so the urologist told me that I had Corporeal Disproportion and so I got surgery for it. My penis is no longer curved. However, I am quite worried about how it looks. It has been 3 weeks after my surgery and all the stitches are now dissolved but below the head of the penis there is a ring of inflammation that still remains. I am not sure if this is fine and also when my penis is flaccid i feel something hard and tender when i press below the head. If anyone knows anything about this I would appreciate some advice.

Did the Surgery include a circumcision ? If so the ring you describe sounds normal. Unless of course it causing you pain, then go back to see Doc.
