Ive had these for a while at least 5 years or more from what u can recall. They are little pinkish dots around the head of my penis and the area that they are on seems inflammed. Got checked by doctor and he said everything was normal. Could it just be pearly penile papules?? Or is this serious? Btw the vein is normal.

Papules look normal ... that vein though.. geez 
Dots look normal, not sure about vein though. Does it cause you any pain ?
