Hi need advice , i am on the 3rd week after circumcision and my stitches are not falling or disolving , is it because i apply a thick layer of neosporin on the area and cover it with gauze and cotton pad . My frenulum is also swelled up.... help me who understand the problem .

I’m only on my 2nd day but I’ve read that giving it a lot of air helps. You might be delaying recovery by keeping that bad boy locked up. Good luck

I agree with allstar. Let the air get at it and have short shallow baths with salt or very mild soap. Pat or air dry.
