Circumsision wound healing

Gents,

I’m 5 days post op now and I believe the wound is trying to scab up and heal. I a yellowish discharge coming from where the stitches are. There is also a significant amount of yellow discharge around the frenulum and also some weeping bright red blood.

Is this normal?

BleedInglis is normal for around the first 2 weeks as long as it's not a heavy bleed. I found bleeding was normally after erections when stitches became pulled tight. Yellowish discharge is normal around frenulum and stitches as long as it doesn't smell bad and there are no signs of infection such as angry redness and pain. As always if it seems to be getting worse rather than better get your doctor to have a look to put your mind at rest.

Hope this helps.
