Wasn't even sore used lube it was in for like 10 seconds cause wasn't comfortable n was bleeding tiniest bit from a scab when I pulled it out n put a towel over it

If I was you I want get some warm water, not hot and put half a teaspoon of salt in it stir it and bathe your roger in it for two minutes then let it air out/hang out for the rest of the day. Is there any blood now or throbbing ?

The big risk would have been in tearing open the wound. The slight bleeeding was normal. Just don’t do it again until the date your doctor gave you.
