Snoring!!!!!

Hi guys,

My wife says im snoring mega loudly and it’s been getting worse over the past few years.

Any advise on why and how to stop snoring so much? Thanks in advance

First and usually easiest thing to try is sleeping on your side. After that strips can be bought from the Chemist which sit on the bridge of your nose, these are supposed to be effective.

I have the same issue. The 2 biggest factors are drinking alcohol before bedtime and putting on weight. I (mostly my wife) noticed when I lost some weight and cut back on the booze that the snoring improved a lot.

Hi I moved back from Spain four years ago and I have put on 4 stone I don’t drink so maybe it’s that? I’m trying to loose weight anyway
