13 Years old, problem with penis.

Hello, im 13 year old boy from Serbia, i've noticed that i have problems with my penis.

I noticed it like 5 months ago, i have a piece of skin ( i think that's called frenulum) attached to my head of the penis.

Everytime i pull my foreskin the penis bands.

Also, i cannot pull my foreskin when my penis is erected fully.

Im scared that i will need to see the doctor and that they will have to cut the frenulum?

I also have an attached frenulum. Mine is not tight tough. And doesn't cause the symptoms that you are discussing. I would suggest you get it checked out by a professional. Cutting it might be the way to go. When the frenulum is cut it does sometimes loose sensitivity when it heals and causes less sensation with pleasure. But if it is as bad as you are saying I would give the doctor a visit.

At your young age I would try stretching the foreskin, it may help.

Unless you in pain I would not think you would be considered for Surgery just yet. But do not be afraid to see Doctor, I know it is very personal to you but for them it is just a another 'job'.

you're still young and going through puberty. your penis and frenulum haven't developed fully. it needs foreskin needs stretching as you get older.
