I had surgery on Tuesday and to be honest have not had pain relief since day of surgery. So far so good. Bit sensitive but no pain. Really pleased cosmetically. Trying to avoid erections and also set my alarm so I get up in night to have a pee I find helps. Will be waiting at least six weeks before even masterbating

Good luck, i also had mine Tuesday. Just did my first ‘wash’ which went okay. Im taking the painkillers and anti inflammatorys but honestly think i dont need painkillers, its moreso i dont want to feel anything just yet!
If you feel you don’t need them then try without. Glad to hear yours appears to be ok too. Nice to read someone else is finding things ok at present. Don’t wish to tempt fate though
Well, I'm three and a half weeks post circumcision and the healing process has been going perfectly fine - sensitivity decreased to a minimum, the swelling faded away except for the frenulum area which is still a bit swollen but it's ok because this place takes the longest to heal.
Overall I'm really satisfied with the results and without a doubt it was one of my best decisions lol
I’m now on day 16. Starting to look very normal but there are still a bunch of stitches which can poke the skin At times. Other than that the sensitivity went down dramatically. (For better or worse) I’m noticing the frenulum area is still a little swollen underneath and on one side. Is that normal at this point?? There seems to be a big vein or something near the head on one side that has not reduced as much as the other side. What should it look like at this point?
Actually looks very similar. Most but not all of my stitches are gone. Do you feel like there is too much skin right now? I’m worried he left too much and is slightly overlapping the head, but my wife said it will be about a month before it looks “finished”. Is that true?
I still have enough skin to cover the ridge of my bellend. Think he just cut away what he needed to and saved the frenulum. I was told it can take a few months before fully healed and see final result. I'm happy up to now. Mines quiet small but I think it looks OK?
I know your probably not interested in seeing a fat man's small dick but I've attached some pics in the link below which I've taken tonight after the stitches were removed today.
Got an erection about 3 days after😫😫😫 I'm on 14 days now since mine and been "evacuating my tubes" for the last 5 days..😂😂. Most of the stitches are out, but one seems to be stuck even though I've tried giving it a gentle pull. Also, some of the cuts have a little bit of puss. Not a lot but still a little. Been cleaned every day.. No pain with it though!!
Still get a little bit of a twinge in the sack every now and then!!
No. It was a weird feeling. Not physically but mentally.. Was expecting sperm to shoot out from everywhere😂😜. Hopefully full service will resume next week with the Mrs.. Wink wink...
Mine was suppose to be the dissolvable ones. Went for a check up the other day and the doc took most of them out.. Still got a small one in and won't budge. My concern is the ones he took out now seem to be weeping a bit..😬😬
15 days and and the the area where the frenulum used to be still look like a war zone. Driving me mental. Can’t afford not to work. Walking around probably delay the healing process but the puss bit really freaked me out. I don’t care how it will look like I just want it to heal !
I hear ya. I had to go back to work a few days after and am tired of limping everywhere pretending I hurt my leg. The few stitches left are driving me nuts. There is one in my pee hole that always takes me by surprise. I also tried “evacuating” but didn’t stroke any of that area. I was so backed up it didn’t take more than a gentle tap.
Looking forward to giving a full whirl in a couple weeks. I really thought I would be out of the thick of it by now.
Hello lads. Had my op yesterday. Not too much pain but just stingy. Erections make it seem like it's going to burst. Not easy to stop them. They wake me up. I know it's only day 1.
Hi day 1 and 2 are relatively easy then it becomes a bit of a pain and you will be wandering why the hell you had it done. I am coming up to four weeks post surgery and healing nicely. 2 stitches left to go out of about 20. Am able to get erections and masturbate but avoiding full sex until at least week six. Really pleased cosmetically looks really good and actually appears to have gained more girth. Hoping that lasts lol
I had a shower for the first time since the surgery this morning and all went well. A bit of a sting when the water rand down on the head at first. I was pleasantly surprised at how it looks. I was expecting it to be very raw but it was ok. The head is still very sensitive and I've decided to sit down to piss for the first few days. I had a bit of a "why did I get it done?" time yesterday evening but feeling a bit better now. It's great to hear all the comments.
Hey I think we must have had our surgeries as I washed mine for the first time this morning too. I’m just really sensative at the moment can’t have anything touch the head of my penis. Also I’ve been sitting down to pee
I had mine on Thurs evening at around 6.00. It was supposed to be Fri afternoon at 2.45 but he was able to take me early and I'm so glad I had it done 24 hours earlier. I'm going back to work on Tue so hopefully I won't be walking like a cowboy with dislocated hips... My surgeon put me on antibiotics the day of the surgery just in case of infection so I'm just going to finish the course off now. I'm only taking the odd painkiller. I was told to take 2 nurofen plus AND 2 paracetamol every 6 hours but I just did that for the first 24 hours. I honestly thought I'd be crawling up the walls with pain, but it's not too bad... so far so good.
I had mine on Thursday at 7:00am so I’m pretty much at the same time as you. Today had been tough, really sensative I had mine done because of phimosis, what about you?
Yeah same reason. I had splitting foreskin and it kept healing tighter and I went around in circles of splitting and healing until I finally had enough. The pain took over from any pleasure. I'm hoping that it will be the right decision but right now, I think it'll never heal. I don't think a career in the porn industry is on the cards in the near future but who knows!?!?!
Well i found that sleeping on my side with ny knees bent up is the most comfortable. I never usually need to get up in the middle of the night to piss but I've been up the last two nights a few times. I think it's because I was trying to drink more liquid and I was a bit constipated too. I'm NEVER constipated but maybe the combination of the surgery and the painkillers and the antibiotics. Who knows. I haven't been hungry either.
I wear fitted boxers which keeps everything in place. I have a small non stick bandage just around the base of the head to soak up any little bit of blood. I put a little bit of surgical tape around it to keep it in place. The head is very sensitive. I got some vaseline to put on it to keep it from being very dry. I have no pain or discomfort just sitting here now but if I had to move I'd feel the head getting sensitive.
Will do. I don't know anyone else who has had it done. I guess it's not something we talk about. I wish I had it done before now but it is what it is. Hopefully we'll be healing at the same time and getting the same good results. I'm in my mid 40s so I'm hoping I'll get another 40 years out of it..!!!!😆😆😆
About 2 weeks. Still apply Vaseline before I go out and again when I go to bed. It is still a bit sensitive but way better than it was to start. From day 3 I took salt bath twice a day that helped promote healing and helped with stitches dissolving. About day 8 or 9 starts to get quite itchy. Again a good sign of healing. Avoid scratching just soak in bath
I've no idea how many stitches I have. I too it very easy and lazy today so I think the sitting and resting helps with the healing and swelling. Hopefully I'll have a better night's sleep tonight. I stopped drinking liquids so I might not have to get up in the middle of the night.
I tried to count and it’s well over 15 stitches, I got a pretty good nights sleep last night however I woke up with an erection which was not so painful with the stitches but more painful because of the sensativity of my penis touching my boxers
I had a better night's sleep last night too. I'm wearing tight fitted boxers to keep everything from moving around. I still wear a thin strip of non stick dressing around the surgery line where the stitches are. I keep it in place with a thin strip of surgical tape. I put vaseline on the head too.
Hello again. Just wondering how you're getting on. The swellingis gone down a lot. I spoke with my surgeon yesterday and he said to start bathing it in warm salty water. I think it really helped. I just found an old jug and threw a good bit of salt in it and dipped it in the water and left it there. He also told me to let the shower head run on it. He said if I could call back to him in a couple of weeks to check up with him how it's progressing. Still a little bit of bleeding but only a few drops. No real pain from the wound. Just discomfort on the head of it now. Hope you're doing well. I take an occasional painkiller too. Nurofen plus is the best to take the edge off.
Hi, things are going quite well with me, I still haven’t managed to have a night without a bandage on as the head is just so sensative. On the other hand, all of my stitches are visible some of the swelling has gone down. I have also noticed that the frenulum is starting to scab up which I assume is a good sign. Did you ever manage to sleep a night without a bandage?
I wore boxers straight after op before leaving Hospital. The stitches were my main issue. They pulled like fuck that's why I had them out on day 14 even though they were dissolvable. Took about 3 weeks to notice any big changes with sensitivity.
Hello again. A lot of the swelling has gone down now and one of the stitches was really tight and I woke up with the stinging this morning. It was so stretched that i ended up snipping the stitch myself. I'm a good healer I guess. The relief when that was loosened up was great. I remember I had stitches before and qhen I went back to get them out the nurse said my skin had grown around the knots so I had to grin and bear it while they were taken out. I still have a bit of a bandage juat around the scar area. The bit at the frenulum is scabbing up like yours. The head is starting to get a little less sensitive. I keep telling people I have a bot of a sore back when I jump a little if the head gets a bit squished.. I'm looking forward to this time next week to see how it is... 6 days done now. Most of the bruising is gone.
I was back to work on last Mon morning first thing after only 3 days after the surgery. I would have loved to have stayed off. The head is a bit less sensitive now and most of the swelling and bruisig has gone too. I think it's healing quick enough.
Wow I admire you for going back to work. I planned to go back to work on Tuesday however I was so uncomfortable I couldn’t so I had to give work my sick note which is pretty embarrassing but I’m glad I’ve got from now until Monday off. All of my swelling has gone now which I’m really happy with. I know what you mean about the stitches, I can feel them pulling and it’s really uncomfortable. The glans is still really sensitive and it’s making me nervous for going back to work. How long have you been wearing underwear?
I've been wearing tight fitted boxers since the first day with all the bandages. My surgeon told me to keep it as upright as I can. It's not painful now at all. Been soakig it in warm salty water. The place where the stitch was dragging is much more comfortable now after I snipped it earlier. I hope it won't be deformed as a result..!!! The head gets a bit less sensitive every day. I was using just a thin strip of non stick dressing around the wound area but I've put a wider one on tonight and it's much more comfortable now. Hopefully a good night sleep tonight. I woke up last nightat about 5.30 in agony with the "cheese wire effect" pulling on the wound but it's a lot less angry looking now. I had to take painkillers today after but whatever it takes to get me through the day at this stage. I don't get alerts on this so it takes me a while to respond. The support here is great to read and it helps. I'm not sure if people exchange numbers to use WhapsApp for quicker contact but if you want to, let me know. It's good to hear from someone who is going through the same stages and hearing some advice too.
Hey again, can’t believe it’s finally been a week since the op! Feels like the longest time ever. Today is my second day of wearing boxers and it’s still really sensitive and I’m literally walking around like a crab lol. I have to go out tomorrow so I hope that’s not too difficult. How’re things with you?
Well. Good evening. Its been a long week. The stitches are really starting to bither me with digging into the skin. I'm going to try it without a bandage toniggt and see how it goes. I've been using a little plastic container for the salt bath and I think it's helping. I think back to this time last week and the pain and uncertainty of what lay ahead. I'm still not sure if it's all going to plan but all I can do is wait... I really didn't know what to expect and hopefully I'm on the road to recovery and a new look in the penis department..!!! I suppose it's a big deal for anyone who goes through it and it's not something that gets talkes about. I'm glad at this stage that I had it done. I'm lookingforward to the next few weeks to get back in action again and hopefully I wont have any regrets.
I have been wearing boxes since the operation (I had it done under local). Have you had any problems with the glans being dry and shedding it's skin yet?
I'm getting ready for a night without any bandage but plenty of vaseline on the head. I tried pissing standing and some of it went into the toilet..!!! I might stay sitting for another few days...
You must have either a magic surgeon or excellent pain killers. Long may it continue... if you have any questions about it, just let me know. I had mine 7 days ago.
Mine isn't bruised or swollenat all now. The stitches are causing me the most discomfort now. I'm not sure what the scar area is supposed to look like after the stitches come out. I think mine has a few gaps in it. Maybe when it's fully healed it'll be ok. The stitches are really stretched now as it's healing and can cause awful stingig and soreness.
Well end of week 5 and almost completely healed. Really happy with the look. Still a bit sensitive but I no longer use Vaseline Best thing I have done makes this discomfort worth it
