When I have sex my foreskin gets stuck behind my head what can I do? I don't want circumcision

Go and see your GP. They will most likely prescribe some steroid cream to apply and advise to gently stretch the foreskin over a few months.

Also I was wondering if it also gets stuck when the sex or oral sex is a bit rough. Should I try streching it before going to the doctors? Because when I have sex or oral sex my foreskin peels all the way back. But when I try to do it by myself when I'm erect it feels tight and I can't really do it. But it does go back

The steroid cream the doctor will give you thins the skin and makes the stretching easier. If you want to try it at home sit in a warm bath and pull your foreskin back slowly. This can also help.

So I pulled the foreskin back while flaccid in the shower and I had smegma all over the top of my penis. How do I get it to go away? Also does it make smegma make the foreskin harder to pull up and down?

Simple exercise is all you need. Get two fingers inside and pull apart gently. Hold five minutes. Do that four times per day.
