Uncircumcised 3rd old

Okay so the 3rd old has redness and says it hurts so he has infection. All my other boys never had an infection so not sure best route of action. Bathe and pull skin back a little , shower and pull skin back a little, or maybe a sitz bath in Epson salt?

If it’s infected he needs antibiotics from a doctor.

Antibiotics are also viruses and viruses find a way to change their form in order to destroy human properties

Probably only minor but would definitely take him to see Doc'. Salt bath may help, problem my son had at about age 8 was his foreskin getting caught in the mesh of swim shorts. This caused some discomfort and soreness but soon wore off.

At three, the foreskin should not yet be pulled back. Apply a good yeast cream at the opening twice daily.

Had him just pull on his wanker while in shower every time and so the foreskin would get a good cleaning and infection seemed to clear up. Thank you all for responses. Hoping it does not happen again. When I tell him to pull on it a little in shower he is resistant and says it doesn' hurt anymore!! And I have to insist repeatedly of course!

Antibiotics might not clean the healing process or anything but a specific oil might. You should definitely consider getting a specific that will clean off scarring or bruising or anything as such. Message me if you’d like to know more
