Bloated ring on penis after circumsised

It was my 4th day on my circumsision healing process and my penis has a large bloated ring thing on it at the places where that have been stiched I feel worried about it. I try salt water to reduce the bloated part and it worked well but I still have kind bloated it actualy reduced 1 cm on the penis. Pls reply I need more information about this and im kinda worried about it
