Big vein under my head...

When i pull my foreskin back all the way a big vein that looks like a ball sitting under my skin bellow my head appears. It looks kinda freaky and i dont know what it is... Id say it sticks about half to 3/4 of a centimeter up. It only appears when the foreskin is pulled back tho. Someone please exsplain what this is plz. I am 13

There is a little web-like structure inside the foreskin on the underside which attaches the foreskin to the shaft right under the pee hole. It is normal and is called frenulum. You Lso have one under your tongue.
