Im 16 and i was wondering because on porn websites all the penises i see the foreskin is retracted, even the uncircumzied (when errect) but i was getting a bit scared because i cant pull my foreskin back too much when not errect and not at all when i am. When i am you cant see the head because it is completley covered by my foreskin. It looks like the picture on the left even when its boner, and the foreskin looks tight.

I think you have phimosis and if you don’t know what that is then search it up and it can be fixed by stretching or circumcision.

Yeah I’m getting circumcised after the summer I tried creams and stretching the creams did nothing and the stretches caused my foreskin to rip so be carful be gentle start of small and work your way up slowly

Stretching healthy skin will not cause it to tear. You probably have a yeast condition which needs to be cleared up first. The steroid commonly prescribed actually makes the skin susceptible to a yeast infection, so when using it, steps to prevent yeast should also be taken. It all depends on how hard you stretch your skin, and remembering all foreskin is different, it can be really thin, and it can be really think, or in can be in the middle, and their could already be existing tear or weak skin their from something, which will make it more likely to tear, so be careful if you have anything like that when stretching.
But it’s unlikely that your skin will tear, but you should always take caution because this can make the situation worse, plus it would be quite painful.

Hey man, I’m also 16 and I was in the exact same position as you as I couldn’t be pure my foreskin back comfortably when erect. I just got my circumcision done on the 28th of June there and it was so much more worth it! I have a girlfriend of 2 years and things feel so much better! Tell me how you get on bro.
You are still quite young, try stretching and creams if needed. I was well into my twenties before I could pull back and everything worked as it should otherwise. In my opinion, surgery should be a last resort.

If having a boner, and pain is present. Its a problem. For me, get circumcision for health benefit because you can clean the smegma, but lost of sensitivity of the head.
