Circumsisum Recovery HeLP!

Hey guys,

I have a question in regards of my circumsisum recovery, it's now been a week since the operation and since then I've been healing well but I have not once been able to have a full body shower or bath I've only managed to wash my upper body and use plain warm salty water around the wounded area but the smell is beginning to agitate me. So I am wondering if I can now have a full body shower or bath and use lotion and soap on it now?

The stitches are still there but I am noticing that the are starting to dissolve.

Shower or bath. If you're having a bath pit loads of salt in to help healing

My doctor told me light soap like unscented or soap for babies ... I didn’t have any Odor problems but the first week I couldn’t really clean properly due to the pain but after the first week I started taking baths and slowly cleaning around the head he stitches started to dissolve and come out a little in the bath but the dr told me it was normal and don’t worry about it .. I also used neosporin on the wonded areas and that helped I’m now going on week 3 and all the swelling is gone I just have a few sensitive areas but it’s about 80% healed I believe by next week I will be fully healed

Dude thank you so much, tomorrow I'll go and get some baby soap & neosporin. Yeah the first week was hell in terms of washing.

Congrats on your full recovery dude.
