I've had this issue for awhile. My penis usually winds up inside ball sack. When I sit it can't be seen. I had a circumcision many years ago. My penis will come out if I take it out to pee or sex (which isn't often). Also the hair gets caught making it uncomfortable.Is anyone familiar with this. Any thoughts.
