Pain and Sensitive Nipple

Hello.

I am an Asian, Male, 28 years old, 5'4'' in height, and weighs about 68 kilograms. Just 3 days ago I noticed that my right nipple is aching when being rubbed to my shirt and just yesterday when I took a shower I noticed that there is somewhat a tiny sore on it or somewhat a burned skin. I've been applying an antibacterial ointment for 3 days now and it seems that it doesn't has an effect. When I noticed the sore or the burn, it seems that it worsened the condition (might be psychological) because it's like I'm feeling pain in my nipple which I don't feel 3 days ago. By the way, I have been jogging for 2 months now, and I jog for 40-50 minutes a day. Any reply would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
