I am an active 48 years old Male. My wife is 2 years younger than me. We have a very good sex life so far. Over the past few years my wife always suffers terrible headache after unprotected sex. Does the sperm make headache for women? Or if the long sex sessions make them drain out causing headache? We have tried protected and short session sex and found no issues. When I say long session I meant more than 45 minutes up to 2 hours sometimes. I am reluctant to talk with my GP as at. Your genuine advice is much appreciated.

I cannot see how unprotected sex could cause a headache, it could be as you suggest she is tired following sustained activity. Another possibility is she is subconsciously worrying about getting Pregnant ? Have you tried putting a condom on later on in proceedings ?
I have had this personally myself. I believe it's a build up of blood pressure and rushing to the brain. It hurts like hell also. This goes after time. I hope it does for her also.
Hi Falcon thanks for sharing your experience. How did you come out from this issue if you have? For me as a male partner this creates me guilty feelings whilst enjoying the sex both of us.
No worries. I will say it was so painful I think I ended up asking the doc when I was there and he just said it would go in time. Luckily it did as very painful. But as for a women I'm really not sure sorry. Sperm won't do this. For me it was blood pressure rise I'm sure. Obviously from getting an erection. Female maybe similar but seriously seek medical advice if this continues to long. Especially for a female
