There has been itching on penis from last three weeks. I think it's fungal rashes but not sure. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Psoriasis do have other symptoms which I don't have... So I doubt

I get something similar to that, but mostly on the head when I don’t shower or clean it well for a few days. It goes away on its own, that’s why I want to get circumcised.

I don't think it would go away on its own. The itching will further increase the area.
