Hi there I'm 16 and so a couple days ago I woke up with a lot of sperm in my boxer shorts and I went to urinate and the tip of my penis was hurting and during the day a yellowish white sperm just keeps dripping out of my penis randomly it's not a lot but it's continuous throughout the day and whenever I urinate it pains me, not a lot but just a sharp pain what could be the problem?

It may be caused by chlamydia if you have had unprotected sex excessively. Go to see your doctor asap and get some treatment. The infection can be treated with antibiotics or herbal medicine called diuretic and anti-inflammatory pill.
