I'm 55 I'm now on tablets for blood pressure I sometimes can't get an areaction or if I do it won't stay hard what can I do

HiHi, it could be anything really, medications or psychological, if your diabetic that causes problems with the sensation getting less and less, if you were diabetic then all your meds would be free including viagra, 4 a month.

Good luck and it might just be you worrying about it too much.

If your heart is strong enough, best speak to your GP I think.

Viagra works by dilating the blood vessels in the penis causing a reduction in blood pressure. If you're on meds to reduce blood pressure then taking Viagra could result in a dangerous lowering of your blood pressure which could result at best fainting at worst heart attack. Speak to your GP.
