Anxiety relief

As a medical assistant, working night shifts and countless rotating shifts, I've always struggled to maintain some sense of normality in my life. However, I’ve been suffering from anxieties and sleep disorders for more than 10 years, with no significant improvements. Approximately 2 years ago, a friend introduced me to this breakthrough audio technology, brainwave entrainment and after I've done my research in the area I've decided to give it a shot. I can't even begin to tell how much the sound therapy has helped with my condition, this is definitely something that I will continue to listen to and introduce it to my family and friends. I've been using the audio mental programs almost constantly, namely the Optimal Health track that really did the trick for me.
