I'm relatively new here and just looking for any ideas on what to do. Turned 15 a few months back and I've had this problem for a while. I've read up on it and it seems there is a big back and forth argument about being circumcised or not. The head is still sensitive to the touch so it's difficult to clean, etc. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Tight foreskin.
Just replied to another post about this (phimosis). Here's some info sites.google.com/site/circr...
Hopefully you should not need surgery, but may need to see your GP to get some betamethasone cream
As Goldfish implies, tight foreskin - or phimosis - is not unusual, Lee. However, I am concerned about Goldfish's link simply because we have no idea who wrote it or why. Best to stick to Health Information Standard quality information of the sort you'll find on the NHS site or ours. Our information on phimosis is here:

Circumcision is sometimes discussed as a solution but your foreskin is perfectly healthy tissue and modern doctors are increasingly reluctant to do unnecessary surgery. But there are plenty of alternatives short of circumcision including lube and masturbation.

Phimosis is what I had and at first tried a Steroid cream but did not work, so I have had a Circumcision, It takes two to three weeks before everything heals and becomes comfortable, it is worth it.
Mate do what I did. Just deal with the sensitivity and wash it gently. if the foreskin is tight try to pull it back every day slowly until it is no longer uncomfortable *IE slowly pull it back and say if you get half way before it feels tight stop and let it retract or push it forwards*
