Ok so i went to my doctor about a small lump behind my nipple she said it was just the tissue so i was just like ok. But now it have gotten a bit bigger and is still a bit sore if i touch it like before. I also have anxiety so I'm really scared and thinking its cancer. Someone please help. Thanks.

Don't worry to much. .sounds like a little imbalance of estrogens. .do you smoke (weed ) drink alcohol take steroids eat unhealthy? ..eat foods that give you good estrogens and also take this supplement Diindolylmethane (dim) ..This should all help..keep an I on sensitivity if it starts to calm down its a good sighn and also the size. .good luck

I would go back to the doctor and try not to get stressed.
