Ok so i went to my doctor about a small lump behind my nipple she said it was just the tissue so i was just like ok. But now it have gotten a bit bigger and is still a bit sore if i touch it like before. I also have anxiety so I'm really scared and thinking its cancer. Someone please help. Thanks.

Don't worry to much. .sounds like a little imbalance of estrogens. .do you smoke (weed ) drink alcohol take steroids eat unhealthy? ..eat foods that give you good estrogens and also take this supplement Diindolylmethane (dim) ..This should all help..keep an I on sensitivity if it starts to calm down its a good sighn and also the size. .good luck

I would go back to the doctor and try not to get stressed.

A cancerous lump wouldn't cause pain as such, if it were to be cancerous, you'd experience various different symptoms like a general feeling of being unwell, drowsiness and what have you. I don't know if this makes sense but you would sort of know if this lump was cancerous? But if you smoke weed at all cut down on it that will make you feel better about stress and if you at all get a bit depressed never take antidepressants!
