I would like to know, why my tests are small in size, previously i used to enjoy and can do it up five or six rounds per night but know days, it is one or two. why once i go the first round, the second round, my tests seem to be empty, i struggle to get the second. what is the solution? Can i say that i have a disease which i do not know?

Nothing wrong. The testes can produce only so much sperm in a day, and the other organs involved in ejaculate are pretty much the same way.
