Hi I have weird spots on my foreskin like a yellow colour and I also have with bumps ground a the edge of my bellend what is it?  And can I get rid of it?

Could be "pearly penile papules" which are completely harmless but can be removed by a doctor if you want.  Here's the wiki page on it, see if it looks like what you have.
