So straight into here 1st post tore my banjo string 6 years agoForeskin got tighter as time went by it was choking my head and had various creams from doc then it worsened after 1yr to being unable to pull bck if i tried stretching it would crack around end of foreskin then eventually balanitis set in

Mostly red and sore and have had this issue for bout 3/4 years.

Shat it at last minute for surgery ie circumcision as also have ppp which was quite sensitive over the years and couldnt bare the tho of it being touched or rubbing all the time but am thinking bout circ again as its just no good when with my misses now its causing too much discomfort any opinions on this guys

if there is no non-surgical treatment that will deal with your penis health problems then you only have 2 options. You can grin and bear it with all the problems that is causing you and that may get worse in the future. You can have a circumcision that may, after a short period of discomfort, get rid of your problems.

You can see the many reports of post-surgical recovery posted on here. They will give you lots of information.

Have you discussed the issue with your wife? Does she not want her partner to get rid of all the current problems?

I'm not a doctor, but if you've already tried steroid creams and stretching, then in your position, I'd probably try surgery. You could ask if preputioplasty is an option, or if urologists say that won't work, then personally, I'd ask for the most conservative circumcision possible (ie removing as little tissue as possible). Good luck!

Your symptoms indicate a yeast infection. Usually Clotrimazole will cure it. If you’re using a steroid, yeast control is vital.
