Awaiting circumcision for phimosis but also a possible undiagnosed underlying problem

Hi

Just wanted to know if anyone has had my symptoms as I genuinely don't understand what is happening to me.

In the last two years I've had these symptoms

Started at age 38

Constant burning penile pain during urination and also at rest. Feels more towards the tip of penis but not entirely sure.

Penile shortening, its shrunk.

Limp penis, it feels floppy and limp.

Go through month phases where i have no erections and if one happens it feels very weak

Dont feel horny anymore , not been sexually active for a long time

ED symptoms which have gotten worse over time. Can reach ejaculation stage but either feel pain or no sensation at all. Also get pains in my head during ejaculation .

All tests have come back normal apart from a Enterococcus faecalis infection which shows up in my urine and semen samples. They have given antibiotics for this but it keeps coming back.

So in two weeks i have circumcision and i currently feel in a bad away because of the symptoms stated. I am not entirely sure how this will pan out as the operation will bring even more trauma to my penis.

I wanted a penile ultrasound as im really concerned it might be cancer or nerve/blood vessel damage and going ahead with the op at this time is a bad idea.

Hope someone can help, its just disheartening to not know what's going on and cant seem to find another guy who is going through the same.

In the light if the infection you have, any sexual partners should probably be tested. This is a pathogen that can be found in the vagina. You might also contact whoever is doing your circumcision to ensure they are aware of your infection status.

Sorry to hear about your problems, friend. I've not experienced any of it, I recently had a circumcision this year which is what I've been sharing here. I would say it seems like you're doing all the right things by engaging with medical professionals. I hope people will be able to share similar experiences to yours here. I'm here for you when you're healing up from the circ.

penile cancer is very rare. Your main problem, as far as I can determine is the infection. They can be hard to treat due to antibiotic resistance.

Hi Good morning. Please I request you read all my concerns posted under this forum. There is no need to repeat, it was to do with phimosis. I am sure you will find everything, please read, I remain totally, wholly and completely grounded since circumcision procedure was carried on 24 January 2023, today it is 25 October 2024, it is 21 months no erections at all.
