Long term recovery

Hello everyone, it's been a while since I've posted here. It's now been probably 4+ months since the surgery and everything seems to almost be back to normal now. Everyone who has just recently had the surgery, just hang in there for the first three weeks, that's all it is. I actually do have a question though, while the healing seems to have gone well so far, the bottom part of my penis where the foreskin has been sewn has a runny texture, it feels less smoother almost compared to the top and I can still feel the sewn lines that run where the skin meets the head. Is this normal for the bottom of the penis? Does it usually just take longer to feel normal? Another issue is when it is erect, the part where my frenulum was cut and removed, the skin feels almost tough even though I don't think the texture is not that way for any other part of the head.
