Extreme unknown damage to my penis in the middle of the night in January

Stopped feeling my penis in the middle of the night, felt like my penis cord had been cut(all the sensitivity and just me feeling my penis all around as I can't feel it anymore) as it was "healing" my penis never returns to its flaccid state I can't feel it anymore and I am not getting erections it feels like my penis has suffered permanent damage but I have no clue where the internal damage came from... I think I was binge drinking on tap water and some kind of shard metal or glass cut the inside of my penis... my sponges will never retract to a normal healthy flaccid state and it's always semi erect but I can't feel my penis... nothing hurts and I haven't had any known trauma while awake it happened in my sleep...kind of like hard flaccid it's really weird I need to see a doctor any help though? Also when i do manage to get erect (but I can't feel my erect ness ) it feels as if a long hair strand is inside of penis. Its also been like this for a couple of months.

See a doctor about this ASAP. Your penis may have suffered some kind of nerve damage. The sooner you get this properly diagnosed, the better your chances of getting this fixed.

Please see a doctor immediately - as Ben has recommended it could be Priapism. But a proper validation by a good doctor is required to investigate and resolve this. If you have concerns about insurance go into the ER of a good hospital.
