Doubt about vasectomy

Yesterday i was 3 months and 10 days since i had my vasectomy. I complied with all the protocols and in this case I had more than 35 ejaculations throughout the process of these 3 months. The fact is that i was a little neglected since in this period of 10 days i have not been able to do the sperm count. Yesterday my girl and i had sex without any protection, even for safety i came outside. Is there any possibility that my girlfriend will get pregnant?

There is a possibility of pregnancy if for some reason your vasectomy has not worked. Withdrawal is not a good method of protecting from anything!!

I hope it has worked! I'm more worried if the time and amount of ejaculations was enough to not have any sperm, thank you very much!

I'd suggest that it is highly unlikely. The chance of vasectomy failure is low, and when you add that to the chance that comes with the withdrawal method you're almost certainly good. Why don't you go get the sperm count test to ease your mind.
